Today, the Bein Inn is run by the husband-and-wife team, Claire and Gary Macleod, who took over the hotel at the end of 2023.

Gary has nearly 20 years of experience in the global hospitality industry as a trained chef, working in fine dining hotels and restaurants across the UK. He has also served as a chef on superyachts in France, Monaco, the USA, and numerous locations around the world.

Claire, a hospitality professional, has many years of experience in the industry. She began her career as a front-of-house waitress on the north coast of Scotland and progressed through the ranks to hotel operations management. She also worked alongside Gary on the yachts in various locations around the world.
